For me, the ocean is the ultimate sound healer. I captured the above image when my husband and I were on vacation in Carlsbad, CA. The image depicts the two benefits of spending time by the ocean. The first is excitement and pure joy. The second, relaxation in its purest form.

About Me

In January 2025, I believed I had contracted the flu. While some flu symptoms like achy joints and fever had subsided, I was still experiencing nausea and severe stomach pain. After undergoing several tests to identify the cause of my discomfort, I found myself only able to eat soft foods and consuming only 300 to 500 calories daily for about six months. During this period, I sought an alternative medicine to complement traditional treatments...
